VANILLA & MACA OVERNIGHT OATS
Wake up to a delicious combination of protein and superfoods in this easy to make overnight oats!
time: 7 minutes + overnight setting/chilling timeserves: 1
- 1 cup rolled oats (look for uncontaminated gluten-free oats)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Pump Protein or sub for Vanilla Lean Protein
- 1 tsp Tropeaka Maca powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ tbsp maple syrup (the Pump Protein already adds a nice subtle sweetness and flavour to the oats + if serving with fruit it generally doesn't need to have any additional sweeteners)
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well-combined.
- Cover and place into the fridge to set overnight.
- When ready to serve, top with your favourite fruit, granola & vegan yogurt.
