Wake up to a delicious combination of protein and superfoods in this easy to make overnight oats!
1 cup rolled oats (look for uncontaminated gluten-free oats)
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp Tropeaka Maca Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: ½ tbsp maple syrup (the Pump Protein already adds a nice subtle sweetness and flavour to the oats + if serving with fruit it generally doesn't need to have any additional sweeteners)
1 Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well-combined.
2 Cover and place into the fridge to set overnight.
3 When ready to serve, top with your favourite fruit, granola & vegan yogurt.
