PINK DRAGON FRUIT SODA
This picture-perfect sparkling drink is a must try on a hot, sunny day!
Ingredients
1 tbsp frozen raspberries, thawed (or use fresh instead)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaped tbsp sugar-free sweetener
Handful of ice
250mL sparkling water
Fresh mint and edible flowers, to serve

Method
1 Add the raspberries, lemon juice, sweetener and dragon fruit into a glass. Mix well to combine.
2 Add in your ice and top it up with sparkling water.
3 Garnish and enjoy!
