A standard serve of Tropeaka Organic Matcha contains roughly 60 to 70mg of caffeine, which is about half the caffeine found in a typical cup of coffee. Start by sifting 1 teaspoon of Tropeaka Organic Matcha into a cup or matcha bowl.
