TOASTED CHOCOLATE MUESLI
Muesli is such a fun and easy solution for breakfast or hunger-cravings during the day! And with Tropeaka Cacao you're boosting it with a delicious, healthy chocolate flavour!
time: 10 minsmakes: fills 1 x medium sized jar or 4 servings
- 1 cup rolled oats (look for uncontaminated gluten-free oats)
- 1/2 cup buckwheat
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- Add rolled oats into a pan and lightly toast until golden.
- Transfer to a bowl once cooled down and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Store in an air-tight jar and serve with your favourite plant-based milk or top onto smoothie bowls.
