SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN MUG CAKE
This simple, yet delicious refined-sugar free recipe is truly a piece of cake! Whip this amazing dessert up in only 10 minutes!

- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1.5 tbsp Tropeaka Salted Caramel Lean Protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- Combine flour, protein, baking powder and cinnamon into a small bowl and whisk together.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer into a mug and microwave for around 90-120 seconds (cooking time will vary from microwave to microwave).
- Add on your favourite toppings & enjoy!
