This simple, yet delicious refined-sugar free recipe is truly a piece of cake! Whip this amazing dessert up in only 10 minutes!

  • 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Tropeaka Salted Caramel Lean Protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk


  1. Combine flour, protein, baking powder and cinnamon into a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Transfer into a mug and microwave for around 90-120 seconds (cooking time will vary from microwave to microwave).
  4. Add on your favourite toppings & enjoy!
