1 Add flour, protein, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into a mug. Whisk well with a fork.
2 Pour in the remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined. At this point, you can also stir in some vegan chocolate chips, walnuts or any other additional add-ins if desired.
3 Microwave on high for 1m 30s. Note that cooking time will range according to your microwave so adjust accordingly.
4 Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve!
