  • 3 tbsp plain wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Pump Protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp ripe mashed banana
  • 3 tbsp almond milk


  1. Add flour, protein, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into a mug. Whisk well with a fork.
  2. Pour in the remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined. At this point, you can also stir in some vegan chocolate chips, walnuts or any other additional add-ins if desired.
  3. Microwave on high for 1m 30s. Note that cooking time will range according to your microwave so adjust accordingly.
  4. Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve!
