PROTEIN BANANA BREAD MUG CAKE

- 3 tbsp plain wholemeal flour
- 2 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Pump Protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp ripe mashed banana
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- Add flour, protein, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into a mug. Whisk well with a fork.
- Pour in the remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined. At this point, you can also stir in some vegan chocolate chips, walnuts or any other additional add-ins if desired.
- Microwave on high for 1m 30s. Note that cooking time will range according to your microwave so adjust accordingly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve!
