PB CHOC SMOOTHIE

- Your favourite toppings e.g. frozen berries, figs, goji berries, crushed nuts, shredded coconut etc
Add rice malt syrup and Tropeaka Cacao into a small bowl. Gradually add in water and whisk well until you reach a thin sauce like consistency. (Use 1/2 tbsp cacao for a sweeter/less rich sauce or 1 tbsp for a stronger chocolate taste)
- Add in the remaining smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Using a small teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate sauce along the sides of a mason jar.
- Pour in the smoothie and top with a few roasted peanuts or some dark chocolate if desired. Enjoy!
