2 large ripe avocados
3 tbsp lime juice
Zest of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp almond milk to blend
Pinch of salt

1 Combine all the ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
2 Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3 Serve with fresh fruit and your favourite granola.
