You're in for a treat with this fudgy, and guilt-free chocolate mug cake. Go ahead and dig in, you deserve this!

  • 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Tropeaka Choc Lean Protein
  • 1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate


  1. Combine the buckwheat flour, Choc Lean Protein, Cacao, baking powder and salt into a small bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add in the almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Fold through the dark chocolate.
  3. Transfer into a mug and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (cooking time varies depending on the power of your microwave).
  4. Serve!
