Method

1 Combine the buckwheat flour, Choc Lean Protein, Cacao, baking powder and salt into a small bowl and whisk well.
2 Add in the almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Fold through the dark chocolate.
3 Transfer into a mug and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (cooking time varies depending on the power of your microwave).
