DOUBLE CHOC PROTEIN MUG CAKE
You're in for a treat with this fudgy, and guilt-free chocolate mug cake. Go ahead and dig in, you deserve this!

- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp Tropeaka Choc Lean Protein
- 1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
- Combine the buckwheat flour, Choc Lean Protein, Cacao, baking powder and salt into a small bowl and whisk well.
- Add in the almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Fold through the dark chocolate.
- Transfer into a mug and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (cooking time varies depending on the power of your microwave).
