3 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
Handful ice cubes
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup to sweeten

1 Steep the protect tea in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2 In a separate large jar add in the orange, lemon and lime slices.
3 Allow tea to sit at room temp for 15-20 minutes to cool slightly, then pour into the jar along with the cold water and ice cubes. If desired, sweeten with 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup (or to taste).
4 Enjoy immediately! Sit any leftover tea in the fridge to keep chilled. Note, flavour will become stronger as it sits so refill with water or more tea.
