12 Medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Tropeaka Lean Protein Chocolate
1/2 tbsp Tropeaka Superfood Greens + D
1/2 cup rolled oats (look for gluten-free variety)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well-combined and mixture sticks when pressed between your fingers.
2 Roll into bite sized balls, depending on the size you make it will yield roughly 10-12.
3 Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
