Granola is one of our favourite healthy food choices at Tropeaka! This recipe combines a time-tested winning combination of choc and nut along with the added benefits of being oil-free to provide an easy and satisfying meal at any time of the day!

time: 40 minsmakes: 2x 500g jars


  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (look for uncontaminated gluten-free oats)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Tropeaka Cacao
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup


  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 160*C for 30-40 minutes, mixing it at the 20 minute mark.
  3. Cool for 10 minutes before breaking apart. Cool completely before transferring into a clean jar.
