1 Combine the dates, Chocolate Lean Protein, cacao, peanut butter, vanilla extract and sea salt into a food processor. Blitz until crumbly.
2 Add in the water and continue to process until you end up with a sticky mixture.
3 Coat in your favourite toppings if desired and enjoy. Store in an air-tight container or jar at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for 2 weeks.
