1 Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. In a bowl, add the maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
2 Add in the remaining dry ingredients (except the choc chips) and mix until you form a smooth cookie dough.
3 Fold through the choc chips. Roll the dough into 6 balls then place onto the tray. Add an extra sprinkle of choc chips onto each then press down to flatten.
4 Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
