Turn your ordinary chia puddings into an exotic superfood delight with this fun recipe!
1 cup coconut milk
Small piece of lemon zest
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp rice malt syrup
1 tbsp Tropeaka Acai Berry Powder
1 tsp Tropeaka Immunity Powder
optional: Tropeaka Coconut Bowl
1 Add coconut milk, lemon zest, chia seeds, rice malt syrup, Acai powder, Immunity powder and frozen blueberries into a blender.
2 Blend until smooth and pour into a jar.
3 Add in chia seeds and shake for 1 minute to combine.
4 Pop the lid on and allow it to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight depending on when you’re planning to serve it.
5 Pour chia seed pudding into a Tropeaka Coconut Bowl, add toppings of choice and enjoy!
