  1. Preheat oven to 180*C (355 degrees Fahrenheit). Add bananas into a bowl and mash well. You can choose to leave a few chunkier bits if desired.
  2. Pour in the rice malt syrup and almond milk and whisk together.
  3. Add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until you reach a smooth and thick batter.
  4. Spoon into muffin moulds and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
