INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pink lady apple
  • 1 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1.5 cups plant-based milk

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass/jar and serve immediately.
