APPLE PIE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Cinnamon and spice, have you been naughty or nice? Who cares...this one's for everyone! 😉

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 pink lady apple
- 1 tbsp Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to sprinkle on top
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1.5 cups plant-based milk
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass/jar and serve immediately.
