VANILLA, ORANGE & PASSIONFRUIT MUG CAKE
Whip up this guilt-free dessert on days when you need a quick solo sweet treat!
Ingredients
3 tbsp buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp almond milk, room temp
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
passionfruit
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1 Add flour, vanilla protein, baking powder, salt and orange zest into a small bowl. Whisk well.
2 Add in the remaining wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
3 Transfer into a mug and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
4 Add on your favourite toppings and enjoy immediately.
